  • Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.

3. Return Shipping

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges
